Getting Started With Your WebAcumen Client Portal

Last updated 20 August 2026

Every WebAcumen client gets a single account at app.webacumen.co.za that ties together billing, hosting, domains, and support in one place. This article covers what's where.

Logging in

Use the email address associated with your services. If you've forgotten your password, use the reset link on the login page — if that email account is no longer accessible, submit a support ticket via the Support page and we'll verify your identity another way.

What you'll find in the portal

  • Services — every active hosting package, domain, or add-on you have with us, along with renewal dates
  • Invoices & Billing — view, download, and pay outstanding invoices, and update your saved payment method
  • Support Tickets — open a new ticket, or check the status of an existing one
  • Domains — manage DNS records, nameservers, and renewal settings for domains registered or transferred through us

A note on hosting login details

Your client portal login is separate from your hosting control panel (cPanel) login. If you need your cPanel details specifically — to manage files, databases, or email accounts directly — you'll find them under Services in the portal, or you can request them via a support ticket.

Keeping your account secure

Use a unique password for your client account, and never share your login credentials over email or chat, even with someone claiming to be WebAcumen support — we will never ask for your password directly. If anything about a request to you looks suspicious, verify it by opening a support ticket yourself rather than replying to the original message.
