Is the server managed?
VPS plans are self-managed: the infrastructure, power and connectivity are guaranteed, and you administer the operating system. WebAcumen can provision, secure, migrate and manage the server for you under a maintenance agreement.
Can I resize the server later?
CPU and memory can be scaled up or down at any time. Storage can be increased but not reduced once allocated.
Where is the server hosted?
In the Teraco Isando data centre in Johannesburg, with connectivity to all major South African networks. Data stays in South Africa, which simplifies POPIA compliance.
What can I run on it?
Web applications, development and staging environments, databases, mail servers, VPNs, game servers and file storage. Add a cPanel or CloudLinux licence if you want a control panel.
