What does managed cover?
Server availability, cPanel and operating system updates, security fixes, backup administration and restoration, and resolution of website or email faults caused by the server. Website code, email client setup and third-party software remain the account holder's responsibility, or can be covered by a WebAcumen maintenance plan.
Can I host multiple clients?
Yes. Additional cPanel account licences can be added, and WHM reseller access lets you create and manage accounts for each client.
