Yes. The monthly price includes the Windows Server licence for the release you select.
Is the server managed?
Windows VPS plans are self-managed. WebAcumen can handle provisioning, hardening, patching and monitoring under a maintenance agreement.
Can I downgrade later?
CPU and memory can be reduced; storage cannot be reduced once allocated.
